Returns & Cancellations

Salted Snail Studio only initiates refunds once the purchase has been returned to us and inspected for damage. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We can provide you with a return shipping label should you wish to initiate a refund, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please inspect photos and thoroughly read item descriptions before purchase. If you’d like to initiate a refund, please reach out via email to SaltedSnailStudio@Gmail.com

Salted Snail Studio can offer order cancellations if they are initiated before the order ships. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out via email to SaltedSnailStudio@Gmail.com asap to initiate a cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have shipped.

Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Due to our small scale, Salted Snail Studio can currently only ship to addresses in the U.S., the U.K., and Canada. All domestic orders are sent via USPS Ground advantage which ships on average within 2-5 business days. All international orders are sent via USPS First Class Package International, which ships on average within 7-21 business days. You will recieve a tracking number via email when your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Salted Snail Studio is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Domestic packages are insured through USPS and can be reimbursed once a lost/damaged package claim is processed.

We have (knock on wood) never had USPS lose or damage one of our items, but accidents do happen. Let me know at SaltedSnailStudio@Gmail.com if you recieve a damaged item so we can investigate & initiate a claim.

Privacy

To fulfill your order, you must provide Salted Snail Studio with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, and payment information. This information shall never be used for any purpose other than to complete your order and contact you with a package tracking number. Your payment information is processed securely through stripe or PayPal and is never shared with Salted Snail Studio directly.

Salted Snail Studio will never sell or share any data collected from you upon check out. If you wish to recieve newsletter emails and alerts about new items in stock, you must directly consent by clicking the checkbox at check out or by entering your email into our newsletter subscription sign up on our home page.

Packaging

All paper prints are shipped in 100% post-consumer recycled material plastic sleeves inside rigid compostable cardboard mailers to protect them from bends or moisture. All felt and soft items are shipped in home-compostable soft mailer bags. In order to reduce paper waste, packing slips & reciepts are not included in any orders unless requested. You can leave a gift message upon check out in the box provided and I’ll hand write your gift message on a vintage postcard for the recipient.
